Aaron J. Graybill, SRA is a commercial, industrial and residential real estate appraiser with 18 years’ experience in the appraisal field. His expertise is in real estate valuation and valuation advisory services

Mr. Graybill’s experience encompasses a wide range of real estate appraisal assignments for local and national clients including mortgage companies, Housing and Urban Development, State of Ohio-Office of Real Estate and Planning, attorneys, national and local banks, credit unions, and private individuals/entities. The purpose of most appraisals includes mortgage financing, relocation appraisals, ad valorem taxation appeals, appraisal reviews, expert testimony in court proceedings and tax hearings, IRS charitable donation appraisals, and asset valuations for REO and other entities.

Mr. Graybill’s practical experience includes past full-time employment beginning in 2004 with two regional and two national appraisal firms initially training as appraisal research analyst and soon progressing to Senior Appraiser standing. Since 2012, Mr. Graybill has been an independent fee appraiser currently operating as Graybill Appraisal Services. Over the course of his career he has experience in competently appraising numerous property types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, net leased income properties, land, agricultural, residential, and special purpose properties. Within these broad categories he has appraised an extensive variety of property sub-types with developed value opinions varying from little-no market value properties to $25 million commercial properties.

Mr. Graybill has earned the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, has qualified as an expert witness in United States District court, and is an FHA approved appraiser.

Mr. Graybill offers fee appraisal and appraisal review services to a broad clientele with the focus on providing valuation solutions to not only meet but exceed client’s expectations beyond what his peers offer in the market. He does this by continually improving and honing his appraisal skills through Appraisal Institute education and routine independent study of current appraisal literature and publications. In addition, he stays current and well-informed of market fundamentals and conditions influencing real estate values in the markets he serves in northeast Ohio that include Stark, Summit, Wayne, Medina, Tuscarawas, and Portage Counties.
