I called Aaron Graybill when I needed an appraisal done to appeal the county's increased valuation of my property for tax purposes. I had 3 other appraisers decline to review my property because it is somewhat unique as it contains multiple buildings on a large amount of acreage. Aaron was not deterred by the complexity of the property and was able to determine a fair market value. His report served as proper evidence for the county to reduce the taxable value of my property, saving me a sizable amount of taxes each year. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that it took longer for him to complete and deliver the appraisal report than he originally estimated when I signed his contract.
